
Nikolce Nikolovski was born in year 1975 in Bitola, Republic of Macedonia.
He lives and works in Mogila a town
near Bitola.
In year 1998 he finished Biotechnology
in the Collage for Agriculture, in Bitola.
During study he worked for
“IMB-Mlekara”, dairy industry - Bitola and “MIK” meat industry - Sveti
Nikole.
In year 2000 he continue
with his education in the Faculty for Biotechnilal Sciences
-Processing of Animal Products field, in Bitola.
In year 2004 he graduated
with theme “Technology of producing Roquefort Cheese and the Opportunity
for Development of Technology of Blue Cheese in Macedonia”.
His prime interest is in
the development of the dairy industry in Macedonia, introducing of new
technologies and systems for food safety, because Macedonia has enormous
potential in this area.
Today Nikolce works as a
Demonstrator for the Dairy Department in the Faculty for Biotechnical
Sciences. Also, together with his collages and professors he is involved
in many projects like: “Introduction of New Cheese`s Technologies in
Farmhouse Cheesemaking in Macedonia”, “Establishment of HACCP system in
Meat Industry “MIK”, Sveti Nikole”, “Food Fermentation and Lactic Acid
Mikroflora from Balkan Region”.
